This so called professional is by far the most rude, nasty, and unprofessional "professional" I have ever spoken with. If hes your legal representation be prepared because you will call all day everyday for weeks and not even get him to respond by a message or phone call. Does not care what happens to clients as long as he is paid. You sir should be absolutely ashamed of how you treat and talk to people!
