They did an excellent job!

I contacted Jan Dils office to handle my disability claim. I got stuck with someone working for her instead. Not enough time was spent preparing for my court date or preparing me for court. When I went to court the person handling my case had hardly any of my medical records. I had provided medical records and information for them to get the additional records that were needed. At court they had very few of my medical records. After my denial at court I was told by the person handling my case that they would file another appeal within 30 days. When I contacted them later they had not filed the appeal and aren't going to. Before court I asked about having one of my doctors testify but I was told by the person handling my case that I should be approved without the doctors testimony. I wasn't approved and think my case could have been handled a lot better.

I was provided a quick appointment, very excellent communication and professional service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to file for disability benefits.
