Case managers seem like they are amateur at times. They prefer to talk through email which I hate. I didn’t agree with VA rating and instead of fighting for a more fair rating, they said they were happy with it. They have helped in some aspects, but I’m not 100% pleased.

They are friendly most of the time. I'm not sure about the success rate I hear it's good but I've been fighting for my easily win disability case for two years now. I think that's due to the system though. I just wish they acted more personable and like they cared about your situation. I'll update this post once my case is concluded. (2-11-19)
