If you need an attorney I highly recommend G. Wayne Van Bibber. Mr. Van Bibber went above and beyond when explaining everything I could do in my particular situation. I can't think Wayne enough for getting me through the hardest time of my life. He was efficient, professional ,and straightforward not only with what I would be dealing with financially but how this process works. Wayne fought for me as hard as I would allow him and he was straightforward and answered all the questions I had. Mrs Ann, his paralegal, his right hand woman. This guy is the best! He came highly recommended to me and he definitely came through when I needed it. He is very knowledgeable, but also has a great sense of humor which helps in tense situations. His paralegal, Anne, is friendly, helpful, and quick at what she does. I pray that I do not need the assistance of an attorney again, but if I do, I'm definitely coming back to Wayne.
