Not sure where to start. Feel like we were given bad advice and misrepresented. Was told early that it would be difficult to win our case, but then it felt like they didn't want to even try. Gladly took our money and did relatively nothing but give us bad advice. There were instances where we were directly advised not to pay guardian at litem because an order wasn't completed, yet the judge had called the guardian's office and told them we were coming to pay. This started things off on the wrong foot due to bad advice from Van Bibber law. From that point forward guardian seemed not to be concerned about us do to advice from our representation. The Van Bibber office was extremely difficult to contact. I really think they were screening our calls and not answering purposely. Often felt out of touch and not knowing what was going on. We were told not to provide things to guardian at litem because they (Van Bibber) were going to. During court Guardian commented of no knowledge of these things that were supposed to be provided. Just seemed really unorganized. They were quick to take money (much more than required) and provided minimal effort during representation. It's bad enough to lose a legal battle, but it is so much worse when you lose the battle because you truly feel your attorney didn't care or bother to try.

Highly recommended! I honestly believe Wayne Vanbibber did what no other attorney could do! I was amazed how much time and effort he put in my case. He is very sincere and honest. I learned very quickly to trust him and to listen to his advice. He gave me peace of mind knowing for once I had someone standing up for me. I was able to let go of fear that I have had for so many years. You cannot put a price to be able to obtain peace of mind and freedom. His staff, Marta, was very knowledgeable and helpful. You cannot go wrong with Wayne VanBibber! I will hire him for any future legal needs.
