Had a real estate closing at Pill & Pill -- my fourth such experience. Everything was done promptly and accurately. I never felt like anyone was "doing me a favor," but providing the service for which I had contracted. My property sale included "seller chooses closing facility," and I chose Pill & Pill without hesitation.
