Set the case to fail by implying false facts that he knew was false, made false statements in paperwork to judge, when it was stated didnt correct. He was a joke and has no problem taking your money. If you want to throw money away get this guy.

Horrible lawyer!! All the negative reviews are true. Filed a petition for contempt, when we got to court the judge had no record of it. Summers said oh well. It must not have gotten scanned in. At my mediation, my sons mother and her lawyer went at my throat while I fought with them for an hour and a half. Summers literally did not say more than 2 sentences the entire time, but I'm sure he knew what time it was as he looked at his watch 5 or 6 times and sat there and stared at his iPad. Watch your billing. His invoices don't really tell you what you're getting billed for. At the end I got double billed for one thing. Pretty shady set up on that too. There are much better more ethical lawyers around. There's more negative stuff that happened as well, but it would make for a large review. Like a commercial said, it's not a bad situation that gets you in trouble, it's a bad lawyer. Alot of his poditive reviews even sound fake. They're very vague like they had friends write some reviews for him.

Throughout my time with this law frim, my case received thorough attention and sound legal advice. Overall, I have worked primarily with Dustin, but have had all three lawyers represented me in court and they have done well. This law firm handles a diverse array of cases and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
