I hired Mr. Summers for a 32 year old expungement. He sold me well that he could handle it with no problems. Smooth at first, then nothing but problems. COVID did delay things but that was not the problems. Prepared documents with my name on a different case and after corrections, grammar was horrid. Never filed papers on time, waited forever to get hearing date and then had to reschedule because he didn't file all notifications required. I get the sense he is not trusteed by Judges and hearings will be set for everything instead of being trusted to do agreed orders. I was billed 2-3 times for communications and actions that never took place and had to challenge charges, so his billing practices are atrocious. He is extremely disorganized, and blames his staff for his neglectful behavior. Finally had enough, I fired Mr. Summers, Hired Jeff**ry R**d and my case was over with in 10 days I did receive half my retainer back as requested. It's incomprehensible that Mr. Summers will actually deliver on something of a serious nature if this is how he handled a case that required very little effort and thought. I just cannot be silent on this and people should be aware.. His rather lengthy response is a lot of explaining for a lawyer "that did everything right" This will be your attorney folks.

Robin is a very good attorney. Very blunt and truthful, some may not like flaws being so bluntly pointed out by someone they are paying very well to do a job for them. But I personally would rather her prepare me or whomever she is representing with any and all issues before being surprised in a courtroom. They have amazing front of office staff that is very helpful, kind, polite, and accommodating. Prices seem to be fair and they offer payment plans if need be as well.

This man really pulled through for me and we got exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier and extremely glad I had him during this whole Family court experience. The fact he has no problem answering question via text or email is also amazing. He’s always available and is so helpful and knowledgeable about the law! Is team is extremely helpful as well, especially Robin.

Excellent lawyer

I sought out Mr. Summers to represent me in a modification of spousal support when I first called he was very attentive to my case. That did not last very long. My case turned into a modification of child support due to me losing my employment. I expressed to him how important it was for it to be done quickly. It took him a month to file to have child support modified and then I was two months before I got a court date. Leaving me to pay the entire amount of $975 a month the entire time. The day we are to go to court HE sends ME a text message to ask if court is still going on and that he is going to be later then charges me $100 for asking me a question. He shows up with no computer nor does the family court judge to be able to calculate the new support obligations. After court is over I cannot have child support withholding modified I will add is a $700 a month difference with my most current employment until he completes the final order and sends to the judges office. after dozens of phone calls to his office (yes guess it again charged me for calling his office), a period of almost another month and two times him telling me that he was going to file and did not from his personal cell phone(which yes you guessed he charged me again for HIM texting ME) It took another month for him to actually get the final order to the judges office. And despite all of this I don’t use over $200 of my retainer money that I paid him and when I asked to get that back I’m told by his secretary they don’t give any money back which is a clear violation of the ethics through the Bar Association and they have been made aware of this violation. I would highly not recommend Mr. Summers based off of my experience. In response to your reply: I did not ask for a refund of the rest of my retainer money back until well after the end of feb. The purpose of a review is to give other customers your experience so they can make a good decision as to services. The purpose of the review is he lied and will charge you for every communication so to be aware if someone so chooses his services. Customer be aware if he text you to ask a question don’t answer via text he will charge you for that. He didn’t even complete the final order a women in your office name Robin did the order and she was the only person in your office that actually did what she said she was going to do. I will be contacting your office to speak about the remainder of my retainer money that has yet to be returned and it is now June. My services with you ended Feb 13th was when the final order got sent to Judges office and I advised Robin to please submit paperwork and be removed as my attorney.

I've known Bill for years and he has always loved doing what he does. He represented my fiance in his custody case, was very responsive, always there when we had questions, very attentive to our wants and what was going on. I would go back to him with no hesitation if I needed a lawyer. Thank you Bill!!!

My family know Bill and his family in person for over 20 years. We know that he is a hard-working lawyer and dedicates to his cases and clients. Several times when we had friend-gatherings, he might call off in the last day or two since there are clients he needs to go visiting or preparations he thought he needed more checking and evaluation. We talked law during our conversations many times, we feel he is knowledgeable, firm in decision making, caring of his clients and will trying all possible way to win a case, serve fairness and justice for his clients.
