I was referred to Richard Bollenbeck for his knowledge of establishing Family Trust. Years ago I had a different Lawyer set up what I thought was a Family Trust, and it was not done correctly. Richard reviewed the old trust, pointed out what needed to be changed, and created a new trust that worked exactly as we wanted. I could not be more pleased to have found an Attorney I can work with as needed, for years to come.
