My husband and I recently moved back to Wisconsin from Florida. We had had our will and trust done in Florida but we wanted to make sure everything was in place for Wisconsin. Dan made several suggestions that made our trust easier to work with and was exceedingly thorough. The process was completed on Zoom which we were all comfortable with and the final signing was done in Dan’s office with masks and social distancing. All in all we were delighted with the work.

Dan did a wonderful job with all of our estate planning, including making sure that our daughter with special needs would be taken care of. He is responsive to communication and proactive in moving the process forward. He not only took the time to answer all of our questions, but made sure that we understood the process and our options. We have a great peace of mind knowing that when the time comes, our children will have the support they need to settle our estate as smoothly as possible.
