Very professional and answered any questions and concerns with great service and details. Even though my son is a minor he made sure he let him know everything that was happening as well. Couldn't get any help here

My husband Ken and myself Barb were involved in an accident that occurrent in August of 2017. Young driver that ran a stop sign going down the middle of the road, on his phone texting a message to his baseball group going 45 MPH. Injured my husband and myself, just started a new job 6 months ago and could not take off of work to see the doctors all the time so alot of therapy on my own at home. Al Foeckler was behind us all the way, could not ask for anyone better. Could call Alan anytime and any hour we had issues and he was there for us. My husband had some other health issues that were escalated with the accident and because of his age and mine, it was just classified as "old age" issues with the other claim adjuster and attorney.
