2 years ago I was the alleged suspect for a theft of a $2500 or greater vehicle. I hired this firm because I knew the games the small town company would play, and I wanted a law firm with great reviews and in my area. I spent nearly $15000 to have representation. It took the small town one week prior to my jury trial to get their "statements" two and a half yes later to get those statements. I don't know about you but when asked I can't remember what I ate this last week Wednesday let alone the clothes I'd be wearing or where I would have stopped prior to all this. I've talked about the county process to my attorney, making things of issues aware. It still did not matter to Greive law. It's my assumption they also thought I was guilty straight away, with no evidence or facts to support the counties claim. (No evidence, just hearsay) I took the plea deal because I don't like talking and get uncomfortable. And that was a issue for the law firm. I was also told it was felony theft and as a gun holder it made me concerned and scared. While at court it was made know the vehicle take was not a felony charge. Valued at $1400 less with the selling price. After it was all said in down I received two counts of obstruction, and one Count for theft of a value under $2500. The theft isn't even for the vehicle that was taken, not it's a red truck I bought for $500 cash from the states key witness. I get 18 days for a crime I didn't do. After it was all done I was charged. I asked about an appeal. An appeal at this firm cost $25000 for a $600 vehicle. It is my assumption that the state works with actually attorney's to get pleasd, even though they're not public defender's. Or it's about their rating's. Very disappointed. If you are looking for an attorney in Wisconsin, I would suggest hiring some one out of state. If the firm wants to contac me t I'm great with that, but that probably won't happen. I'm giving you an extra year for my alleged crime date so as prior with BAR#s I think you should recall correct?

My divorce took almost a year. My lawyer had the patience of a saint. We slowly crafted a deal acceptable to my wife and myself, no small feat! And, cost was kept down. I am very happy with my experience. Thanks Hayley!
