I am a lawyer and have been watching Tom’s interviews on the USCCA YouTube channel. If you’ve not already done so, you might want to watch those interviews to get a sense of his style. His one-on-one style is very similar to his YouTube style. I called Tom to strategize about a potential future interaction with a government agency. Tom’s advice was a great mix of technical legal analysis coupled with practical suggestions on how best to behave. He is beyond knowledgeable about gun laws and ATF processes and has the ability to translate that knowledge into easily understood advice. He’s extremely easy to talk to and does a great job of explaining your choices in different scenarios and how those choices may play out. The bottom line is that this guy is the real deal. I’ve already hired him for this project, and he would be my first call for something serious.
