Worked with Grieve Law Office to set up an NFA Gun Trust. After reading multiple places online where you could spend a little less money and some lawyer from another state would ask you questions and then fill out the paperwork and send it in and then they were done. They wouldn't help afterwards. I decided to spend a little more money and go with someone local, and knowledgeable that could answer questions that I might have. Through USCCA and a Google search, the name that kept showing up was Tom Grieve. I contacted his office and they made it almost effortless to setup, asked some simple questions over email replied back and then had an appointment with Attorney Grieve. During the appointment he went through in detail about definitions of the NFA and walked through the entire trust. Prior to the meeting I had a list of questions that I wanted to ask, during the meeting he answered 95% of the questions without me asking. He also talked to me like he was a friend or someone I have known for a while. The other really nice benefit is with his firm now that the trust is complete, if something comes up or I have questions, I can contact them anytime and they are there to help! Thank you for all your help!!

As an Elite member of the USCCA, I cant express how valuable it is to have access to the, Ask An Attorney series. The value comes from the host of the series, attorney Tom Grieve. Tom is a seasoned attorney who has been both a prosecutor, and is presently a defense attorney. More importantly he is a person who believes in our second amendment right to bare arms, and exercises his right to do so. I am only three episodes into the 35 episode series, and I have been enlighten about many legal issues pertaining to concealed carry, that were in need of clarification for me personally. Tom has a gift of explaining legalities from a concealed carry prospective, that is relatable and easy to understand. I am looking forward to the remainder of the series. Thank you Tom .
