I worked with Tom Grieve and his staff to have an NFA Gun Trust created this week. The process was straight forward and completed in less than a day. After reviewing other online options, that cost anywhere from $59 to $159, and clearly state in their documents that they are not legal advice, furthermore suggesting that a person consult with their own attorney, I made the decision to call upon the Grieve Law firm for assistance. I must say that it was both a pleasure and a weight off my shoulders to work with a professional like Tom. What impressed me the most was that Tom spent over 45 minutes with me to ensure that I had a thorough understanding of what an NFA Gun Trust is what what ATF forms I may need to complete for any items I may wish to add to my trust in the future. I was impressed with the way Tom treated me. Tom took pride in educating me and did not make me feel ignorant or foolish, which meant a lot to me. During the time we spent on the phone, Tom not only educated me, but he listened carefully to my questions and left the door open if I had questions in future. To learn about Tom's background in the legal system and to find out how much he cherishes our Second Amendment rights, was simply "icing on the cake." I spoke with Mr. Grieves about the legality of some documents related to firearms. Mr. Grieves was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions and gave excellent advice and what course of action I should take next. I would not hesitate to contact him or any of his associates as they were all very helpful and quick to respond.

As a member of the USCCA, I regularly watch Tom Grieves’ videos on the legal consequences and considerations for concealed carry. If I need an attorney in Wisconsin because I was involved in a situation where I had to use my firearm to protect myself or family this is the law firm I would use.

I have watched hours of videos of him giving advice and information and I think i'm better prepared in my thinking and understanding of what could happen in numerous situations , and how to prepare myself incase bad things happen. My Attorney from this Law was not serious about my case that everyone think they could have made it non criminal case if they really wanted to fight for me Attorney Andison wasn’t a good attorney to represent me and it wasn’t even possible to talk to Mr Grieves himself to look into my case properly and it is sad!!

Awesome Videos through USCCA - Thank you 5 STARS

I watched the "Ask an Attorney" series 3 or 4 times on uscca.com and am amazed at the fantastic content provided for being a USCCA 'elite/platiumum' member. I suspect an hour of Tom's time is upwards of $500/hr and here you have 24 or so hours of wonderful legal insights to help you stay on the right side of the law as a concealed carrier.
