Went in with a very hard case and was extremely worried. But In a very professional way the system was explained and they set me up with an amazing plan. And ended up working out a deal that has turned my life completely around and never had to see the inside of a court room. Beyond grateful for my second chance.

I watched all 26 of Tom's videos on USCCA ask an attorney and they were great info to know

MODEST, very straight forward and to the point. Honest and outgoing attorneys. Office surpringly quiet, even though their are plenty or enough people vacant in the building or at their desks conducting meetings. The firm has improved on organization of front and back. The outdoor maintenance is irrelevant but still might need more attention and grooming

only had a consultation but they had a quick professional response in a short time not 5 because i only had the free consultation for a single disscusion

I was NOT represented by this firm but I was with someone for every meeting, every email, and every phone call during their case. We were actually recommended these lawyers by another lawyers assistant. I am very dissatisfied by the service. Every time I asked a question the lawyer seemed annoyed. I understand it wasn’t my case but I still wanted what was best. It seemed as if we were a burden we didn’t get a response in a timely matter, had to reach out multiple times. What bothered me most was if we didn’t ask specific questions we only received general answers I feel we would have the same results with a state appointed attorney. Also after the sentencing we had questions that weren’t answered, reached out three days in a row and called the office still haven’t heard back. I did call right away in the beginning and complained about our given lawyer they just apologized and kept us with the same lawyer although nothing changed. I am no lawyer so I’m not sure what they have to go through but I feel somewhat disrespected and I wish I had found better service for my best friend. Working in healthcare I do understand that our jobs aren’t always easy and not everyday will be perfect, I guess I set my expectations too high. Thank you for your service though.

I felt insulted in the lackof interest of taking my case I would have rather been told NO we can not help you or NO I do not want to take your case ...definitely playing the race card with this one

don't use a public court appointed defender spend the money here and let grieve law give you your best outcome.
