I had a long fight before I came to Social Security Advocates first trying on my own and then through a different attorney. I should have come here from the get go. The staff is knowledgeable and always pleasant and patient. I have serious conditions that are not well known and they took the time to not only understand what they were, but help me communicate them. I highly recommend contacting them when it’s time to file. Do yourself a favor and have this team in your corner!

If you’re looking for a representative to help with your Social Security disability claim you won’t do better than Social Security Advocates. From the very helpful office staff to the knowledgeable Attorney Hudec, my case was handled professionally and compassionately. They’re the best!

The Staff at Social Security Advocates of Wisconsin were So Professional and Friendly... Dave Hudec and Teresa Romdenne were so Wonderful to work with... I mostly dealt with them over the Telephone because I started my Case with them just after Covid-19 was getting very bad... and I myself have a very hard time getting around and I am unable to Drive with my Disabilities... Any Paper Work that had to be filled out... They were helpful with any and All Questions... and My 1st Interview With Dave Hudec over the Phone... he was very Personable and easy to understand with all questions... I would 100% Recommend Them to anyone who is in need of this type of Help... I don't know what I would have done without them... There is ALOT that needs to get done for these types on cases and I can't imagine trying to dig through ALL the Paper Work and Doctors Appointments and Everything that goes along with trying to be approved for Disability Benefits... I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to Them.

Dave Hudec and his team are the best! I used another law firm for my first application for disability. Unfortunately, they did not do half the work that Dave and his team did for me. Social Security Advocateds made sure I had the proper paperwork/records from all of my doctors. They were focused on everything to help me. They were very responsive to all my calls and emails. They never missed. They were compassionate, non-judgemental, friendly and understanding. If you are thinking of applying for your disbility benefits, I would highly recommend Dave and his team.

I am extremely impressed with Dave and Teresa. I have been working on an issue with Social Security, and both of them have been extremely helpful and available for any of my questions and concerns. They have not and will not allow me to pay them until they officially take my case. I was getting nowhere in the job market knowing that no one would hire me if I told them about my physical limitations. I had been fired from a job and called " a liar and a liability" by H.R. after a physical exam revealed conditions that I had downplayed. Afterall, I have worked hard my whole life. I was an asset and top performer. I was devastated by their harsh words and didn't know how I was going to get a job if I had to disclose my conditions. I applied for SSDI. I was denied. My paperwork and medical records were a mess. I didnt have a clue and became more distaught. I ran into an old friend and she recommended I get help from an attorney. They retrieved pertinent medical records and, on my behalf eventually won my case. The staff and Mr. Hudec were honest and caring. They never gave me false hope. And after being denied twice, they still didn't give up. They dug a little deeper into my medical and work history and got me approved. I am so releived and thankful for their hard work and dedication. My most sincerest thanks to the whole staff!
