15 months, start to finish with one appeal ! David and his team are fantastic to deal with. Every step was on point, explained, and if i had any additional questions they were answered right away. The main reason I went to them for my disability claim was, first off the excellent reviews. Secondly, I took a look at their location, which is in East Troy. It's a stand alone building with access right from the disabled parking spots to their front door. I had figured if I need to go there for any meetings, paperwork or for whatever reason for me to be there in person, it has very easy access. Many of the "other" disability attorney's are downtown. If you're like me, getting around with a walker, and in pain, downtown is out. I do drive myself tp my appointments and such, so having the easy access was a big plus. Now on the other hand, I NEVER had to step foot in his office. We dealt with each other through phone calls and emails. Any forms were sent to me so I could print, fill out and scan them to return them. Beats using our US mail, s you well know that they are receiving those forms right away, so there isn't any down time waiting for the "snail mail". As soon as I heard there was an appeal, at first I was like "Oh, here we go, years will go by before any action from Social Security will be done". Like I had stated in my opening sentence, 15 months, that was it. Granted, I did have plenty of supporting doctors paperwork to affirm my condition. I did have to go to a physical evaluation, doing some simple moves with weights. I was in and out of there in no time, so that didn't take long at all. It seemed to take me longer to get there, park, and get into the building and up to the floor they were on. Believe me, that in itself was tough, and the receptionist there noticed my struggle, and just had me take a seat and she checked me in from there. I've heard the horror stories from many that applied, and it took YEARS to get their claim approved, with many appeals along the way. Anyway, if you're in a situation where you're planning on filing a disability claim, by all means, give them a call. David Hudec and his team are all fantastic people to work with, and I must say it's been a pleasure to work with them, and I give them many kudos for getting my claim pushed through the appeal process as quick as they did.

They did an awesome job for me. I didn't have to deal with the Social Security Office at all they did it all. My question were answered and I got my disability approved in no time at all.

Dave and his staff were so unbelievably patient and informative right from the get-go. I had so many questions and I probably drove his poor staff nuts but they were very patient with me and explained the process extremely well and reassured me all along the way. I highly recommend them.

Hi everyone, I have been having problems with my right shoulder for the last few years. I was able to manage by having a good left shoulder but struggled every day. When my left shoulder gave out, I was screwed. I could not perform my job and out of work I was struggling tremendously. I was devastated. I didn't know what to do.
