I would like to start by saying Thank You ! Social Security Advocates helped me navigate through the pages and pages of paper work that social security wants you to fill out. The staff at the East Troy location was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer a question no matter how important or insignificant it may have been. This was true for who every may have answered when I called. They were always very friendly and if they for some reason could not answer the question they would find the person who could. All though it was a very long process from the initial filing, to denial, to filing an appeal, they never forgot I was there and always kept me updated on the status of my case. After months of waiting and a lot of paper work my story ends with a favorable decision! So, I just want to say thank you to Attorney David Hudec, Teresa Romdenne, and the rest of the staff at Social Security Advocates of Wisconsin. I will definitely give them 5 stars and will proudly recommend them to others that may need their help. Tricia M.

I was totally lost before I contacted these wonderful individuals. I can’t say enough good things about them and the way they handled my situation. I can never thank them enough and I will be forever grateful. If I could give them 1 billion stars I would. I will most definitely refer them to anyone and everyone I come across that need help. I'm very happy on how Social Security advocates handled my case. They were always up front with me kept me up-to-date. There were times it seemed like it was taking longer because of what's going on in the world they let me know what the holdup was. They're always sure to answer all of my questions. Sure I got frustrated and waiting but I felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands and somebody was dealing with all the stuff that I didn't know anything about. They always ensured me they were on top of it and would check into things if I had any specific questions. When I called in, everyone was professional and made sure I was comfortable with the answers they gave me. Thank you😊

I DEFINITELY could not have hoped for a better process! Well, it is still a government process that took 2 years, however Social Security Advocates streamlined it so that it did not take longer! We got a favorable result at the judge appeal stage. Don't get too upset if you get denied the first couple times, that apparently happens to everyone... get their help!! The office helped me out along the way. They're incredibly kind as I knew my memory issues caused confusion, on my part. They didn't get frustrated, or annoyed... they would just say something like - oh, we need you to sign this one and fill out the top! It was frustrating to me... in my head, I'm like - whoops, dang it, messed it up AGAIN! They keep the mountains of paper together and organized :) Anyways, they give you a true outlook on your case. They believed in me at the first phone call and, as time went on, as they went through all my information... they put it into a brief for the judge so that the judge ALSO believed my disabling situation is permanent. The payment is incredibly low and MORE than fair for all the work they do! Some of the offices I called for help were ridiculous... and rude! Social Security Advocates are who you want to help you in WI.

I was referred to Attorney Dave Hudec by my doctor to help me apply for disability and I am so grateful! Dave, Teresa, Alisa … simply the entire team are second to none. Everyone I spoke with was always compassionate, knowledgeable, had my best interest in mind and answered all my questions. I knew nothing about disability or the process, but they helped me along the way and handled so much behind the scenes, which took the stress off of me. I never could have pulled together all of the medical records and documentation from my doctors that this office did – I believe it was 800+ pages! There was constant comunication, no questions went unanswared and no issues were to small to be addressed. They answered all questions were answered with kindness and compassion.
