I worked with Sterling law for 2 seperate cases in 2 different counties and both cases went in my favor at the time simply because the other parent did not show up. It was nothing my attorney or Sterling law did. Even though I liked my attorney and how things turned out, Sterling law is very careless. A year and half goes by after I had won my cases when I find out I had missed a very important court date. I was never served, or notified about this court hearing. The attorney I had no longer worked for sterling law. I couldn't get in contact with anyone who could explain why I didn't recieve any court documents or a letter stating my attorney no longer worked for sterling law. Sterling law did not remove the attorney, who is no longer with them, off of my case. Meaning that attorney was recieving all of the important motions and documents from the courts. Not me. Because sterling law neglected to make sure that their attorney removed herself from my case, I now had to start the process all over again, but now I'm 10 steps behind. When I was finally able to get ahold of somebody to explain the situation, they told me they were very sorry about what happened and offered to help me with a new attorney. I thought they were making things right, but when I talked to the attorney who was supposed to help after they messed up, I was then given a fee agreement for 30k to proceed. Not only did I not know what court was even for but they completely left me hanging with very vague responses. At the end of the day, they try and take advantage of people after putting them in difficult situations by being careless. When you have to pay 200 just to speak to someone, you shouldn't have to worry about your personal information being sent to someone who doesn't even work for the company anymore. Because of their negligence it has costed me thousands and put me in an even worse spot if I were never to have contacted them in the first place. Save your money and do your research before putting your trust into sterling law.

Attorney Jeff Morrell is the only attorney I will work with. He was always straight forward, honest and of their was any change to pricing as to what I was asking. He would let me know immediately and always ask if I wanted to proceed first. He was open to multiple communication options, as well as I was kept up to date with emails, texts and calls on any case changes.
