I gave it one star because there was not an option to give it ZERO! I WOULDN'T recommend this place on my worst days. They are horribly unorganized you only get to meet and know who your attorney is RIGHT before your court date you have little to no interaction with YOUR attorney who's the one representing and talking on YOUR behalf! You can call all you like it takes up to 72 hours to get a return call and that is from the paralegal. I went to court back in November of last year and still have heard nothing from SSD or my attorney I have to keep calling them to try to get an update and they keep telling me to keep calling back you're better off representing yourself if you only have the option of going to them I'm just saying your choice but I'm telling you for a personal experience. Having them as a lawyer is worse than walking in the court without a lawyer think twice! #IKIWISHIDID

Couldn't have asked for a better law firm! Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to help! Definitely recommended for any type of disability.

The worst law firm I have ever to do business with. They almost never call me back and my case for Social security disability has been handed to I believe 6 people in 3 yrs. Their phone service keeps hanging up on me 75% of the time that I call and only about 5% of the time I spoke to a person. It's been almost four years since I first filed my claim. I spend almost 5 days of every month in the Va hospital because I am so ill.

Terrible services, attorneys that are green and inexperienced. Horrible communication. The court date was the worst thing aside from being convicted for a DUI.

I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Alex and his assistant Emily who were both great! I honestly felt that they cared about me and my family. When I first called Tabak I was not sure if I was eligible to get anything else from my work comp claim since the claim was already conceeded. However, Attorney Alex informed me that because it was a back injury that the insurance company owed my money for a loss of earning claim. He got me what I deserved and his law firm was able to help me with my disability claim and get that approved right away. Tabak Law has honestly changed my life.

A friend had dealt with attorney Alex on a work comp claim that and told me that I should give Alex. His honesty and responsiveness is what really impressed me. He was straightforward in telling me what to do and that I didn't need his help yet. Hopefully it stays that way.

I was very satisfied with how prepared Alex was at the hearing and how knowledgeable he was about my claim. His paralegal Mike did a great job answering questions and making sure my doctor got the records that we needed to win. Tabak Law was great!

My claim for social security was approved at court after year of waiting. Attorney Alex knew my issues in and out and was there for reassurance when things were looking bleak. Very nice Law Firm.

Alex and Mike were always available by phone and reassured me throughout the process that they were going to make sure I got what I was owed. I felt like they honestly cared about my claim as well as me as a person. I could not recommend them enough!

Alex did a very good job explaining what my claim was actually worth and letting me know how the process was going to unravel. Him and his staff did a nice job getting my claim finalized in a fairly timely fashion. Although, he is somewhat difficult to get in touch with, he did always return my calls. I've recommended him to several friends who are going thru the same thing and they seem happy too.

I met with Attorney Eichhorn after my workers compensation claim was denied. He went out of his way to explain how the entire process works to my wife and I. I have been in contact with him and his paralegal many times during this lengthy process and I have always been able to get my questions answered. I have sent several friends his way and will continue to do so.
