Called numerous times for a month with nothing. Each time I called I was told I'd get a call back within 24 hrs. It was the holiday season so I gave them some extra time. I had to explain my situation every time I called so obviously I wasn't taken seriously to begin with. Poor excuse for a place that should help people. Go elsewhere

First of all Katherine Charlton is super rude and I will not ever recommend her nor got to her again. If I didn’t believe in God I would legit wish ill will on her. This law firm was recommended to me and the attorney Katherine Charlton was the recommended attorney. Her number was listed as well as her direct number, so that’s the number I called was her direct number. I told her who recommended me so she would know I wasn’t just a random calling her. Mid discussion of the issue I was asking her for clarity to make sure I heard her correctly. That’s when she got rude and said, “I’m not giving you legal advice and I don’t know what u think your going to get out this conversation, because your not my client and I’m not representing you and I’m Not taking on any clients for the issue your having.” 1st of all I never asked any of that, I was never going to ask her to represent me because I wasn’t looking to sue anyone. And she didn’t have to be rude. I just wanted to make sure I heard her correctly before the discussion ended. Bottom line she’s a terrible person, her teeth yellow and she is indeed a KAREN!

Summer Murshid completely impressed both myself and my husband. She has the ability to be compassionate, empathetic and a straight shooter all while being absolutely knowledgeable professional.
