We saw Bethany for estate planning for my father. She was very thorough and professional. She took time to answer all our questions and sent rough copy of documents to review prior to signing. She set up a trust, healthcare advance directive, fiancial POA and Will. Price where straight forward with no surprises and very reasonable. Everything was completed from first call to last appointment signing in approx 7 wks.

I would highly recommend. I came in with very little knowledge and they made the process so easy and were excellent at answering any questions I had.

We hired Bethany Canfield to review an old estate plan. She drew up an entirely new plan including appropriate powers of health, attorney, etc. She gathered financial and personal information and proceeded to develop an inclusive estate plan. At every step of the process we had opportunities to ask questions and have input. The final document was explained step by step in a clear and concise manner. I cant say enough positive about my experiences with this firm. Personal, professional and the best communication you could ever want from a law firm. They were understanding and compassionate to my situation. I don't think the qualities I have mentioned can be found just anywhere.
