I called today and was given the brush off about a trust that was done by your firm. That's unprofessional and unacceptable. I regret calling and require no assistance whatsoever from this firm. The 1 star speaks to the fact I would not recommend this group.

We worked with Bethany Canfield on our Estate Plan and were very pleased with the entire process. Bethany was knowledgeable, professional and able to cover all the aspects of the process in a way that was very easy to understand. She made this somewhat daunting task very easy for us. Most importantly, she talked to us in a way that showed her understanding of the human side of what we were planning for our family. We would highly recommend her and this firm to anyone wanting to set up an estate plan.
