Mark accepted my case and completely made my entire process as painless as possible. He took over and immediately changed things up for me. He kept in great contact with me. He gave me specific instructions on when to be at court, what to do as far gathering the paperwork and completing tasks that would help me in my case. By following his instructions: He was able to get my case dismissed. I am a very thankful young lady to have someone like Mark Skarva as my Lawyer and friend.

Recently I had some legal work done in regard to my will by Attorney Mark Skvara. Attorney Skvara and his staff were very professional, courteous and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The promptness of my request was very fast. I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Skvara to my family and friends.

Mark did a good job getting me a deal with the district attorney. He kept me in the loop and informed when he talked to the courts working out a deal. Kept me out of jail.

I hired Mr. Skvara to represent me in my custody case for placement of my children. I received his name from a good friend and well know local attorney. Mr. Skvara fought along side me thru the entire process which is an incredibly emotionally draining process. I felt that every step of the way Mark was fighting for me and what was in the best interest of my children. He got to know my children thru me to gain the confidence in what he and I was fighting for. His advise was spot on and even when I would get negative with the process he would get me ready to fight for the most important thing, my kids. I truly feel he was fighting for the same things and for the same reasons I was. I will be forever grateful I found Mark to represent me in the biggest fight of my life. His rates and charges were incredibly reasonable, his assistant would keep updated when ever I needed information and would recommend to all facing custody issues. I am not a bitter person but I will warn anyone considering Mark Skvara to stay as far away as you can. Mr. Skvara provided the worst advise to my family and I throughout my divorce and custody case. I firmly feel as though Mr. Skvara forced me into filing divorce when I had no interest in doing so. Moreover, he negotiated, prepared and pressured me into agreeing to sign a document which has now kept me from my children for over 13 months! I am not a person to be easily coerced into doing anything, however, Mr. Skvara's theatrics the morning of my scheduled trial were damning for the relationship between my children and myself and even my ex wife. I truly feel as though he had not prepared at all for the hearing and this was an easy way to get out of doing so. Very unprofessional and I was lied to by Mr. Skvara on several occasions. Again, I am not upset about losing a case or the lost of many, many thousands of dollars as much as I am about the poor job of representing Mr. Skvara did in my case and the years it will take to repair relationships with my children and family because of his lack of representation. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! I assure you that you will not be pleased.

Mr Scvara came off as very experienced and intelligent. His court presence makes it hard to picture him loosing to anyone. He made me feel like he was actually on my side. Not out to milk every dollar from me. He made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. When it was time for court he came prepared to win an uphill battle and did so.
