All cases are different but for my particular situation it was a highly acceptable outcome. I needed an attorney because I had been wildly irresponsible, but do you know who was not irresponsible? Mr. Todd Simon, that's who. He was extremely professional from day #1. At no point did he openly pass judgment on me for my past discretions, but more importantly, he was very competent, and quite efficient. In an ideal world, no person would require the services of an attorney; however, this is not an ideal world. If you do find yourself on the wrong side of the law, I would highly recommend Mr. Todd Simon.

I retained Attorney Simon to assist me with my case and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Attorney Simon is very clear and concise in his communication. But I must also mention that he WILL NOT deliver you a sales pitch just so you retain him, only to leave you hanging by not giving you the proper representation you've paid for. Mr Simon was very professional. He was very easy to talk to and is very good at what he does. I was impressed with the job he did. He seems to be well respected in the brown county courts. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Simon law firm.

He understood this area of the law better than most attorneys I talked to & we were able to get what we wanted. I did feel like he didn't do enough to try and settle this case early so he could squeeze out every dollar. It dragged on for way too long. He seemed unprepared when he stood up in court to speak & didn't seem confident. I wouldn't count on him to advocate for you. I suggest you prepare what you are going to say to the judge. He did help me understand this area of the law & knew exactly what we needed to settle this case.
