All cases are different but for my particular situation it was a highly acceptable outcome. Highly-qualified and knowledgeable representation at a honest and fair cost, I couldn't give him a high enough reference!!! Quick to respond and reassured me during a highly stressful time he was able to negotiate an outcome and explain my options so I could make an informed and sought-after decision. I needed an attorney because I had been wildly irresponsible, but do you know who was not irresponsible? Mr. Todd Simon, that's who. He was extremely professional from day #1. At no point did he openly pass judgment on me for my past discretions, but more importantly, he was very competent, and quite efficient. In an ideal world, no person would require the services of an attorney; however, this is not an ideal world. If you do find yourself on the wrong side of the law, I would highly recommend Mr. Todd Simon.

I retained Attorney Simon to assist me with my case and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Attorney Simon is very clear and concise in his communication. But I must also mention that he WILL NOT deliver you a sales pitch just so you retain him, only to leave you hanging by not giving you the proper representation you've paid for. Todd was great! Took the time to help and explain everything

Mr Simon was very professional. He was very easy to talk to and is very good at what he does. I was impressed with the job he did. He seems to be well respected in the brown county courts. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Simon law firm.

He understood this area of the law better than most attorneys I talked to & we were able to get what we wanted. I did feel like he didn't do enough to try and settle this case early so he could squeeze out every dollar. It dragged on for way too long. He seemed unprepared when he stood up in court to speak & didn't seem confident. I wouldn't count on him to advocate for you. I suggest you prepare what you are going to say to the judge. He did help me understand this area of the law & knew exactly what we needed to settle this case.

In my opinion and witnessing his actions in court, he works for the DA,. Buyer beware!

Well, apparently according to fail Gail, the receptionist. Who has obviously NO legal or paralegal degree, for which couldn't reference a new law and DNA sample. All I was asking was for the guy to explain why I need to, and call the courts for me. Figured it was worth at least 500 dollars for less than an hour of his tine. Good job Gail! Not!!!!

Todd managed to get my case dismissed! He is very personable, uses good judgement and is persistent. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable of the law. The case was originally classified a felony and misdemeanor, then lowered to two misdemeanors, then finally dismissed. I didn't believe it was going to have a good ending, now I understand that stalkers can change things around so that they appear the victim. I am so grateful that justice was served!!!! Thanks to DA & Judge as well.
