I had been dreading having to do my estate plan and kept dragging my feet on finding an attorney and starting the process. I was referred to ELS by a friend and am so glad I decided to work with Matt and his team. The whole process was much easier and faster than I expected. Matt was super patient with all my questions, and repeat questions and explained everything very well. I thought I knew what I wanted to do with beneficiaries but Matt explained options I had not thought of which was very beneficial. They are super organized on the paperwork, documents and process. And their pricing is very fair for the final product. I highly recommend ELP to help anyone with any aspect of estate planning.

The team at Estate Law Partners made the whole process of creating the trust from start to finish very streamlined and were very helpful to work with. We are very happy and satisfied with the service. There were three meetings in total. The first meeting was getting to know everyone and explaining how the process works. The second meeting was Q&A and gathering information needed to prepare the trust documents. The third meeting is to actually sign the documents. We were also given detailed instructions on all the post signing tasks like updating titles, beneficiaries etc. For us personally, the best part was that Estate Law handled updating the property deeds as well.

After putting off the creation of a will and trust for way too long we were referred to a Estate Law Partners. From our initial meeting with Nels Donovan to the final meeting/signing with Danielle, the whole process was well explained and seamless. They both took extreme care in making sure that we understood what we were getting into and laying out options for us. The staff at ELP were very gracious and pleasant to work with. After Cordell's bait and switch tactic of interviewing one lawyer, but being assigned to another, I was assigned to Adam as the only lawyer in the local office taking new clients. Working with Adam was a disaster from the start. There was no consistent manner for Adam to gather his facts, and he never communicated any real strategy for how he would handle my case. When it came time for Adam to present in a temporary order hearing, it was an absolute disaster. I was not adequately prepared by my lawyer, and my lawyers briefing to the commissioner left out very pertinent facts that I had spent hours documenting. After being charged $5k for the two weeks following that terrible hearing with still no plan, I parted ways.

Matt and Monica were so helpful and organized. Matt did a great job explaining difference concepts of the Trust and helped us think through different options. He was awesome to work with and Monica was very good with communications of appointments, documents and what happens next. Thanks Matt and Monica
