As a practicing attorney with 20 years of experience, there is no other personal injury attorney that I would trust with my family member’s car accident case. My family member was a child of color who was the victim of a drunk driver who caused a serious car accident in Madison, Wisconsin and Dane County area. All the police officers at the scene were white and refused to listen and document accurately what happened. The driver was an older white man. When I contacted Attorney Groy she stepped in handled my family member’s case like the child was her own child. She was dealing with the police (who refused to listen to what happened). She dealt with all the insurance companies. She knew all the laws involving car accidents, pedestrians and drunk drivers because of her lengthy years of experience. She was in constant contact with my family member throughout their car accident case. I felt that as a person of color (African American, Black, Asian, Latino, Hispanic Gay, Immigrant's, or any person of color) in Madison, Wisconsin, my family member was heard and seen and that their concerns were felt personally by her. I 100% made the right choice when selecting Gail Groy to represent me in my automobile accident. From my initial phone call, I was greeted professionally and received the utmost attention and respect. I was kept informed throughout the process, provided timely updates on new developments. Her proactive and reassuring communication style made me feel confident that I had made the right decision in choosing Gail Groy to represent me. I cannot express enough how wonderful she was. I was rear ended while I was stopped. Since I had previous soft tissue injuries from being rear ended while stopped the insurance adjuster wanted to blame my injuries that had happened on the previous car accident. A different lawyer that I first started with after the accident thought I should settle and allowed me to switch to Gail to fight for me. Gail kept fighting and got me substantially more.
