I should say Gail is the best and the most reliable personal injury lawyer that I have ever had. She is an expert and very easy to communicate with. I was a PhD student at UW-Madison and I had a really bad car incident back in 2021. I got sever body injury. I hired one lawyer (previous one not Gail) recommended by one of my neighbors. I can't believe that I only had two phone calls with my previous lawyer in 6 months and I didn't hear any updates from my previous lawyer. I am an international student and I don't know how to deal with lawyers and what the correct process should be. The only thing I can do at that time was waiting for my lawyer message. And I didn't realize this is totally wrong until I meet with Gail. Gail explained everything to me clearly, documented every single thing and updated to me quickly. I could reach out to her easily whenever I had questions regarding to any policy. Every time we signed the paperwork, she will make sure that I am fully understand all of them.
