Very good info, the high lighting the gray areas is big help in decision making in bad situations. Good for mind training.

Tom...I liked your comments about shooting at a dog who is attacking your dog or you personally...I am a board certified anatomic and clinical pathologist and have been so for almost 45 years....I have a concealed carry permit in the state of Oklahoma...but I have never carried a weapon on my person.....My wife carries in her purse....but has never drawn her weapon..,.,.The legal consequences to me if I were to use are awful...but we avoid going to places which would put us at risk for violence...and we are at home generally before 10pm....We do have a gun in every room of our house and have 6 small dogs in our house....They are our first and best defense against intruders....Thanks for your very timely comments....Respectfully.....Hoot

I enjoy the live q&a on USCCA website. I like how Tom not only answers the questions but also explains why he has that answer. Tom is very easy to understand when it comes to explaining the law. Keep it up Tom, thank you for taking the time to do these live q&a’s for us!
