I have a question concerning Red Flag law. I live in Kentucky. Here is a situation: I am washing my vehicle in my driveway. I am carrying my weapon and I believe it is concealed. I have a CCDW license. While washing my car someone comes past while walking or jogging through the neighborhood. They look at me washing my vehicle and sees my weapon. Can a warrant be issued for law enforcement to come and collect my weapons?

Being a member of the USCCA, Mr. Grieve's has taken the time out to explain laws, answer questions, and being apart of different scenarios where he analyzes the issue and gives feedback. If you're in Wisconsin, this is the law firm you want representing you. Though I have never met him personally, from all the chats and videos he takes part in, that I have viewed or watched live, I feel like I know this guy and wouldn't hesitate to call If I ever needed an attorney or law firm. A common sense lawyer who knows how to protect his clients.

An outstanding service Tom provides for us at USCCA. So easy to get into trouble having no idea what may happen to us after a critical incident. Tom gives insight from the defense and prosecutor sides and excellent advice to not step into a trap unknowingly. Don't ever miss his webinars with Kevin if you can help it. Finally got time to watch the USCCA recording - very worthwhile. Although not a Wisconsin resident (live in PA) Tom's advise on most topics give the viewer/listener "great things to think about" (hopefully before he or she would ever find themself in such a situation.

Tom has always been a voice for reality and sound legal advice. Although a resident of another state, I wish that Tom was available to me in my home state.
