Excellent Knowledge and Service to help us resolve a citation. The law office had open communication through email and text with us. They assured us the final resolution would be in a range and they were able to go beyond that to a faulty speedometer. Exceeded expectations and reasonable fee! I would recommend 100% for traffic citations for ease, communication, result, etc - the Whole Process and Resolution was 5 stars!

I wouldn't choose anyone else from this point forward... They were able to get my ticket reduced to a 0 point prohibited parking violation... Hopefully I won't have to go through this no more, but you can never say never, but if the possibility arose again, I'm definitely contacting Bayer Law Offices first....

I have never written a review before, as an indicator of how amazing my experience was with this firm. I am from Illinois, and had a specialty circumstance for myself and a speeding ticket I received. Basically if this speeding ticket went through I would lose my license for a period (what a dumb choice to speed by me, I agree. Never again.) I called 6 lawyers in the area to explain and hope for a miracle to reduce to a non-moving violation, i expected i would be facing the music for a poor decision. 4 lawyers said absolutely not, 1 said it is not impossible, but extremely unlikely. In this time I spoke to Mike Bayer at this office, he was much more optimistic to say the least. He was concise, listened to my full situation, and outlined what the firm's process and plan would be. He left no stone unturned and answered all of my questions. He was confident to a point where I felt it may too good to be true, it was not. I can't really put a price on peace of mind, but he did a fantastic job easing a very stressful situation in a 15 minute phone call lol. Additionally, in outlining the plan, there was a flat fee for the ticket, and he outlined an additional fee if it was worse-case scenario and Mr. Bayer had to reappear for me. I was fine with all of this and would pay much more than there fee. Anyways, they only took the flat fee first, and were able to amend my ticket to my best case scenario! It would have been easy to push my case for another hearing and charge me, and I would have obliged gladly, but they held the integrity that all businesses should. I pray to never get a ticket of any type again and will act accordingly, so hopefully will never have to use their services again, but I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who found themself in a similar situation.

Couldn't be happier with the ease of service, found them through their reviews so I thought it was only fair to leave one myself. Had my first ticket ever and called them, spoke to them directly and was told they will handle my case for a flat fee and passed that point don't worry about anything as they handle going to court. Got a text they took care of my ticket and reduced to a parking ticket, the exact best case scenario. They were extremely professional and transparent as to what to expect from the process, the cost associated and everything. The cost of their services was far outweighed by the value of them reducing the ticket and the savings from my insurance premiums going up. It is one of the services you hope to never have to use, as no one wants a ticket, but man if there is ever a law office to go to this is the one that will handle everything and be extremely fair and transparent. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and couldn't recommend them to enough people, thank you again!

Lindsey Burghardt is an attorney. that in our opinion we could never recommend. In our opinion Lindsey never showed any integrity only biase in a case that Lindsey was assigned to us as the GAL. We found Lindsey to have no integrity, she was not ethical and was very biase from the beginning of our case. Lindsey server as legal council to the opposing family to keep our grandchildren away from us. Lindsey went so low as to contact another attorney in a second case we were involved in, that Lindsey had no part of. When we confronted Lindsey about who contacted the other attorney her response was to blame other parties that were involved in our case that Lindsey was the GAL for. Lindsey tried to blame her unethical actions on someone else. So sad that she can not stand by her actions and tell the truth. During our case Lindsey's Mother passed away and we were told to give her time to greive. We felt remorse for the loss. We did respect her wishes and everything about our case was put on hold. The problem is that we had encountered the same issue. Lindsey didn't give us the same respect or courtesy that we offered her. During this time one of our parents had passed away and while we were out of town dealing with the death of a parent, Lindsey contacted our attorney threatening to file contempt charges against us for owing her company $400, that was three days late because of the timing of passing of our parent. She seems to be a heartless person who doesn't believed in keeping families together. Lindsey told my attorney that it was inappropriate to greive for a loss of a family member in front of children I never heard of such of an absurd thing in my life. So Lindsey believes that being heartless and anger are the only emotions that you should show children. So sad that Attorneys like her are working with children. It was always our belief that the court system tries to keep families together. Not in this case with Lindsey Burghardt as our GAL. In our opinion we believe that Lindsey gets enjoyment by seeing families split apart. If you ever wonder why we have so many violent crimes with with our youth here in Milwaukee it is because Attorneys like Lindsey that are keeping children in families that have little to no respect or value other people. As we were asked to meet with the opposing party by our attorneys and Lindsey to try to come to a mutual agreement. Lindsey gave legal counsel to the opposing party and told them to contact her the next day after our meeting. Lindsey never extended the same courtesy to us. Lindsey treated us like we were criminals even though we don't have any criminal background, not even a speeding ticket! If you were thinking about hiring Lindsey for any legal matters in our opinion we would pass. Since she is composing herself with no integrity I would also question the integrity of her business partners. Just beware of Lindsey Burghardt and her company. In our opinion If Lindsey is assigned as a GAL in your case do yourself a favor and request a different attorney as soon as possible.
