Ben Wagner is very professional and it was obvious that his reputation and doggedness allowed him to collect the optimum amount on my claim. I did manage a large insurance company’s claim department in Wisconsin so I know the benefit of using the Habush Firm and Mr. Wagner to deal with an insurance companies legal representative. I might add that I believe that it is not only Mr. Wagners record in court but also his professional and quiet demeanor that allows him to interact successfully with the ‘other side’. I have no doubt that he would have welcomed going to court if it would have resulted in a better outcome.

If you have a serious claim, you need serious lawyers, which is exactly what you get with HH&R. They did great a great job for me and I would highly recommend them.
