Hupy and Abraham represented my case. I am very satisfied with them. Brandon Derry was very knowledgeable about everything. He knew what my case was worth and didn't settle for less. He made sure to get me every last penny he could because he knew I deserved it after everything I went thru due to someone else's wreck less driving. And I really liked that Kelsey called to check up on me and see how I was doing. She never annoyed me by calling too much and she didn't make me feel like she forgot about me by not calling enough. Over all I am very happy with H&A and I will definitely refer them to any person that is ever involved in an accident. Thank you to everyone at Hupy and Abraham!

This is THE WORST LAW FIRM!!!! I was a passenger of a drunk driver & the millionaire drove her car into a deep woods ravine drunk & recklessly with no regard for anyone's life. I had 4 years of surgeries & therapy(well documented & I racked up over $50,000 in bills). According to Attorney Hupy since it happened in Waukesha county we couldn't have a jury trial. I was also told that since I saw a Chiropractor, he damaged my back("it couldn't have come from being slammed & pinned into the car by a 4 foot wide tree!!!!!) So they forced me to settle with Hupy & Abraham making out real sweet$$$$$ & I still have a lifetime of pain & suffering & none of my bills were paid! I was told, be glad you had a good job with good insurance!!! Now the Chiropractor even put my $5000 bill on my minor sons credit report & there seems to be nothing I can do because this law firm doesn't give a rats ass about anyone!!!! Don't trust them. Since I was a biker I thought they would actually care, but THE TRUTH IS THEY DONT!

Hupy & Abraham are currently handling a case for me and they have been great. I was hit by a drunk driver back in 2014 and it has been a long process of recovery, but I haven't had to deal with any insurance issues as they are handling everything. When I personally reached out to Jason he had someone at my house the very next day gathering the facts regarding the accident. I didn't have to worry about anything aside from just trying to heal. It was a huge relief. I can't imagine the process had I not contacted Jason. They are truly an amazing team.....
