Hupy and Abraham did a great job guiding me through the process as they worked on my case which took a lot of stress away and let me focus on recovery. I also got a great result. They are caring, knowledgable, and the best at what they do- highly recommend.

Back in March of 2015 my dog and I were attacked by two other dogs that were running loose in the neighborhood. The attack occurred in my yard. My dog received several injuries requiring 4 1/2 hours of surgery, and I sustained several injuries myself. I contacted the Madison office of Hupy and Abraham and explained my case. The next day a representative from the law office came to my house, took the initial reports and pictures that I had taken the night of the incident. From the very first meeting to the close of my case everyone at Hupy and Abraham were very friendly, professional and truly concerned with my case. Attorney Brandon Derry was assigned my case along with his team of personnel it wasn't just one person representing me. Through their hard work and determination we were able to settle with the insurance company in less than a year, with a fair and reasonable settlement. I thank the team at Hupy and Abraham for their fast and diligent work and would highly recommend them for anyone that has a personal injury claim.

Although haven't had a chance to use Hupy & Abraham on a case for me yet. I been watching them on Facebook , email newsletter, and I also get a mailing. It's seems they do good for their clients and they seem to do a lot of good for the Milwaukee Wi. community.

We were satisfied with everything until we came into your offices to collect our settlement checks and found that of the $4000 that Atty. Perlberg had gotten us from Progressive, nearly $3000 was being paid right back to Progressive. This was never mentioned in any of our conversations or in the mediation; in fact, Perlberg kept bragging about how he had gotten us the extra $4000. Then suddenly it's being given right back to Progressive. Did Perlberg make a mistake and try to cover up, or did he actually rip us off? We couldn't ask him, because he conveniently didn't show up when we came in for the checks, and left us in the hands of an attorney who knew nothing about our case. We were just disgusted with the whole process and wanted to get our money and put it all behind us, so we signed the papers and left. We know we don't have any legal recourse, but we want you to know that we will tell as many people as we can NOT to hire your firm.

These guys are awesome! They are very compassionate and they even took a cut in their fee to make sure I got a better settlement. I would recommend them and use them again!

Hupy and Abraham was the worst law firm I've ever been to in my life....they are totally in cahoots with the insurance companies and will take any amount the insurance company offers as a settlement. Had I know this prior to signing my name to the contract for there firm to represent me, I would of never had done so. I was promised 6 figures and ended up having a weak attorney assigned to my case, that told me during the arbitration that "I really don't want to take this case to court, if I don't have to) This attorney, actually wimped out on me at the last minute and told me to settle for a very small amount. I'm suffering today with all my pain and was never compensated properly, do to the lack of willingness to fight for there clients as they say they will..... If Hupy and Abraham call themselves a "tough, strong law firm, as they call themselves on all there TV commercials, they are nothing but liars. They will take any amount the insurance company offers them and will be on the next case....just skimming off the top, with as little work as possible. They are terrible and I have told plenty of people about there tactics.....avoid them like the plague. I was very happy to sway a potential client, as far away from them as possible....it made me feel very good.....if they didn't want to work for me, to get me what my case was worth....they can lose money too! Anytime I hear anyone mention this law firm, I make sure they know about the terrible job they Didn't do for me.

I think it's great that this company campaigns on don't text and drive. Not only do new drivers but older drivers need to be aware of the how NO text is worth someone's life.

I would not consider going anywhere else. H&A represented me when I was hit by a drunk driver. Jason Abraham personally took the time to deliver the check which would have been more if I had carried more insurance. They can only do for you what is available. I was just so glad I didn't have to deal with any of the insurance company stuff and could concentrate on my recovery. Thanks to a classy group of professionals!

personally i have not had a legal experience . I would like to pass along my gratitude for all of the volunteers who help to make each event profitable for the charity who cannot sustain without the motorcycle community and their help. Keep up the terrifiv work .
