A very professional and hard working attorney! He was there every step of the way and got some serious charges off my record!! I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone else, he worked around my work schedule. So I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Lastly the most patient person I have seen I hired him days before first initial hearing and he still managed to get my life back to normal!! Ben was VERY MISLEADING, he NEVER filed any motions. he always asked me and my family questions such as how can we beat the case, HE EVEN RETURNED ME SOME OF MY MONEY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAUSE HE DID ABSULUTLY NOTHING, HE EVEN SAID HE NEVER READ THE DICOVERY BUT WAS TRYING TO GO TO TRAIL. If you want to WIN hire BEN!!! EDIT A YEAR LATER By Me: Sometime God don't send angels , he send a good lawyer. Ben won every court date conference just dismantling my probation officer and police offices on the screen. We both felt very strongly on our chances of winning and beating my revocation hearing, however BIA judge seen other wise revoking my probabtion. stating his reason that made absolutely no sense and omittion of the FACTS!. We appeal our case to the head ADA judge , re-presented the FACTS. We both never loss hope of the best possible outcome. 21 days later head ADA judge demanded my DOC agent to release my hold. Ben fought teeth and nail to the very end through all the adversity . Thank you Mr Ben Van Sveren ! I can not thank you enough. I am FOREVER GRATEFUL.
