Attorney Brent was the best part of a difficult life chapter. From our first phone conversation I felt heard. The charges I was facing were overwhelming. He assured me he could help. He certainly did. With his experience in my county and with the DA, he was able to work out a solution and in the end I received a ticket, for some thing I thought would go to trial! The fee structure is arranged in a way that makes sense and makes his excellent legal counsel affordable. Attorney Brent is simply the best.

Took 40 thousand dollars from me and put a completely incompetent (fresh out of law school) lawyer on my case--he promised to jump in when the real important stuff started--only he never did---milked us dry and cut us loose...our case was mishandled from the start--no conscience with this man. Brent assisted us in navigating a sprinkler break and resulting construction defect case at our building including negotiating a settlement directly with the tenant that was fair and just for all parties. I would certainly recommend Brent in a construction claim environment.

I interviewed many attorney to represent my company. After careful consideration I hired Brent D. Nistler. Brent took the time to explain the law to a novice as I was. They say you can't fight city hall but Brent Nistler and Michael Tuchalski sure did. My name is Tom C. and me and my family were wronged by a government agency. My family business became jepordized when my building was damaged by the government agency. I did not know what to do or where to turn. Fate brought me to Nistler Law Office and Brent. Brent and Michael's legal work persuaded the Court not to take it. The lawsuit was over and so was the nightmare. I am able to repair my building and was made whole again by Nistler Law Office!
