I was referred to Hickey and Turim during rehabilitation while battling with a Worker's Comp Agency. The Worker's Comp Agency treated me horribly by simply stone walling me...leaving me depressed, stressed and defeated. I then called Hickey and Turim and met with Attorney Josh Turim who not only took my case but took the time to explain the full process. He then battled with the Worker's Comp Agency and Won! I was absolutely impressed by the professionalism and great amount of work and commitment placed on my case by Josh! Experienced and straight forward lawyers

Josh Turim is a very thorough, attentive, and professional attorney. He successfully handled my WC case after 3 other firms initially told me I did not have a case at all. He responded to my calls and emails within a very short time and kept in constant contact with me which made me feel respected throughout the entire process. Our youngest son had a pretty I would say complicated case that was handled by mr.
