I had landlord tenant issues and needed help understanding my rights as a tenant. I was referred to Mr. Yandell through a referral service. I talked with his office and made an appointment for the next day. They do an initial consultation for a small fee. The office had me fax offer documents for them to review before the appointment. Mr Yandell had taken the time to research other information about my case before we had arrived. He was very patient and listened to what we had to say. He answered all our questions and explained the law concerning my situation. He was very professional and very personable. I left with the answers and information I needed to resolve my situation. He is knowledgeable about the law and he was able to explain it to me so that I understood. I would recommend his services.

I hired Attorney Yandell to represent me for a traffic citation for speeding, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! I was charged with: 20-24mph over, 6 points, $229.20 fine. When we talked, he was very clear about what to expect in court.
