Awful customer service. EDIT 11/12/2023: In response to the owner; as many others have stated, the receptionist was insanely rude. Additionally, she said that your firm was incapable of filing a simple promissory note and lien. Which is actually funny because on your website you have an entire section claiming you deal with real estate transactions. So either she was painfully unaware of your services, or your firm is a joke. Probably both. You could just hire a Pilipino virtual assistant for way less and they would do a much better job. If she personally gives me a call and apologizes I will remove the 1 star. I'm sure that type of woman would have such a tough time doing that so I am definitely not expecting that ever, so I'll just keep telling people to avoid Arena Law Offices in the meantime.

The women who screens their calls is beyond rude. She insulted me multiple times. After several attempts to politely tell her I wasn't interested in their service. She continued to ask me questions anyway and then mocked me. I pointed out her rudness, and she hung up.

Andrew called me personally and helped me with my situation. He was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to me and help me. I would highly recommend him as a lawyer.

I called for my property issues and left voicemail.(my blood pressure was high) They called back gave me appointment right away. They explained everything and advised me everything will be automatically alright if not then we will involve. as they said, everything happens same like that. (My blood pressure back to normal.) Arena law office. super knowledge , experience., understanding situation, honesty. Work involvement.

After sentencing my loved one for 30 years - I asked to speak to Stephen R Kohn after the sentencing - He replied I can't talk I have more important things to do - I have to go walk my dog 😔 don't waste your money !
