Make sure you’re 100% sure you want to file before giving these people a dime or you will never see it again. I have asked for a refund of the $1900 that I paid for over 5 years ago and they have done nothing but give me the run around. Each time they tell me they owe me less because they charge you for every phone conversation you have with them supposedly. They have lied and said they have talked to my creditors, they have given me conflicting amounts on what they were refunding me, and also had one tell me to take care of one of my issues on my credit before and then they would give me my money back. I was a caregiver for my father who has recently passed of cancer and working full time. I also got married during this time among so many other things that have come to pass. All of my time and energy was put into these things. Any time I did have time to call they gave me more lies. The last conversation I was crying to them because I was so upset that they still had not given me a straight answer and I started getting marketing calls from them. The man said that a $1200 check was in the mail… I would have settled with that but … they never sent that either. Update: Kristina reached out to me promptly to mention that they did send a check some time ago but was never received or cashed. She verified my address and sent the check and I ref over it by the end of the week. I appreciate the help I received from you at a time I needed it the most.

Deborah at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She’s always so professional and kind and understanding to people I just love the fact that she is such a helpful and knowledgeable individual. She is also very patient. I would give her 10 stars maybe even 20 to be honest she’s great but on here unfortunately I can only give her five 🌟 So she gets five stars +15 Way to go Deborah keep up the good work girlfriend ⭐️
