It's early in the process, but so far they have eased all stress I had.

Awesome people to work with, and made it an easy process. Would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job explaining what was going on happen, and what I needed to do to get ready for it. Then they walked me thru the steps, and made sure I had everything ready, for when I had to talk to the judge. Afterwords, they recommended what I should do to get on with my life, and start over, again. I would highly recommend these guys, if you need to get out from under a bunch of debt.

To: Courtney Richards: As a current employee of Miller & Miller for almost 5 years I find your review quite puzzling. My reasoning is that it looks as if you were given every opportunity with our firm to make a way for you in order to help you with your personal issues. According to your own words, many times Kristina moved things around specifically for you. To me, this isn’t surprising as I too have needed things that had nothing to do with my position at this firm and Attorney Miller as well as Kristina Ehnert has bent over backwards for me. It’s what has kept me at this firm for my time here – the dedication that Attorney Miller shows me personally. Our core values, which as team we came up with states that everyone has a “seat at the table”. Using that policy, you could have discussed your issue with Attorney Miller and come to a more reputable solution outside of using a public forum such as Google and Facebook to air your grievance. That would have been a more professional solution. Good luck to you and I wish you the best!

I have started this process in November and got my “lawyer” all the documentation he requested to see what we would qualify for. I had to email, call and call other team members to get him to look at it. 2 weeks later to be told I needed more info. I was told by a office member I can contact her. She was good at responding to me as my “lawyer “ was not. But to find out I was not getting the proper reply back to my questions. I was and still doing a lot of follow up otherwise I think my file would have fallen to the bottom. I have had multiple people contact me it’s never 1 person. I had another team member help me and I think helped but at the end was all about this google review. Once I posted it then he was not attentive to my questions. One word response and forward my emails to yet another person to help. Then I received a call from someone I never talked or knew about to “help” but would not let me talk or explain anything that I needed answers to and was pretty rude. I barely had/have any contact with my set lawyer since November. I emailed him last Wednesday for guidance and still waiting for a reply. I emailed again. Can’t wait for this to be over I would not recommend this firm to anyone from my experience.

Miller & Miller help me in a very stressful time. First of all I felt comfort and encouragement from the time I walk in the door. I was greeted by Debra and she is so amazing and genuine. All the staff was so professional and helpful. My attorney Jill is wonderful. I left with a heavy burton lifted. Now I can go back to living my life, stress free!

I was having a very hard time finding a car during my chapter 13. Ruben gave me a suggestion for a place that followed through after many hadn’t. They kept in contact with me until I was able to get it accomplished. Adam was amazing and prompt with responses every step of the way. I appreciate them treating me like a member of their own family with urgency and concern to help. I literally cried tears when I got my new car keys with their help. My advice to anyone would be “are there less expensive attornies out there? Yes there are. However, unforeseen situations will come up and you get what you pay for”
