At a time when our family was going down an uncharted territory facing a very difficult task of dealing with the challenges of our loved one facing very serious charges, we began our search for legal representation. As soon as the new year started, I came into a problem where I received a possession citation. Around this time I was also in a homeless shelter and since I could not keep a lot of my personal belongings in this type of surrounding, I kept a good amount of my belongings in my technical college locker. I placed THC in the school locker for personal use and there was also a large amount of cash that I had recently made a withdrawal from my checking account also in the school locker along with checking balances and payroll check stubs. During some time while I was at work, the locker was entered by school security because security came across the smell of THC on more than one basis coming from this certain area. Attorney Ohiku was the last of four attorneys who worked on my son's case. For various reasons all of the others withdrew. From our first meeting, Mr. Ohiku and his staff were very welcoming and understanding. He looked at our son's case with a fresh set of eyes and perspective none of the other attorneys shared.
