After a long stressful search for an attorney and making many phone calls trying to reach and find an attorney whom I felt comfortable with, I found Attorney Odalo J. Ohiku through Avvo. I immediately felt comfortable with the choice to hire him as my attorney. In the middle of a CPS investigation I was afraid, hesitant and confused about what I needed to do next. I did not know whether or not a needed to hire a lawyer and what kind of attorney I would need. After the initial consultation I felt that he was understanding, direct and he was honest about what I would need from him. He provided guidance and helped me get through one of the most challenging moments in my life. After several months, my case was dismissed and have custody of my sons. I would recommend Odalo Ohiku, he is reasonably price, dedicated and he is upfront.

Attorney Ohiku is by far one of the most confident, well-knowledge and honest attorneys that I have come across. He tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. From the beginning, he puts you at ease by letting you know his opinion of best strategy in handling the case. Since it was a restraining order case, he was honest by letting me know that I really did not need an attorney for the initial case. Where most attorneys would try to get clients to hire them on immediately, he informed me that I would only need him if the outcome of the initial case was not in my favor or if the other party appealed the case. I won the initial case without an attorney; however, the other party did appeal. I then hired Attorney Ohiku. Needless to say, he won the case. I also must add that I consulted with another attorney prior to Attorney Ohiku who tried to take my case immediately and his fee was inflated much greater than Attorney Ohiku. I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Ohiku to anyone.
