Attorney Chris is terrible returning phone calls never go see his clients rude secretary terrible experience please go somewhere else

I was given wrong info in regards to being able to go to Huber. It was told to me by my lawyer (Chris), that I would be able to get Huber and he spoke with the HOC and Huber.. That was not the case. I ended having to serve time in HOC and almost lost everything. Also, he told me he would be able to get exemptions on cars from IID, I no longer owned, but it never happened. I called almost everyday attempting to get those cars exempt, but I never received a call back or the issues were resolved. I had to take care of everything on my own.

Had Mark represent me on multiple felonies, in multiple counties and he saved my life. My family and I are extremely grateful. I recommend him to anybody who has the need, quickly.

No Complaints. In 2015 ALL of my charges were DISMISSED including the FELONY. Thank You So Very Much!! This was the first time I had ever been charged with something criminal so I was rather emotional, ignorant to the process, a little scared I guess, etc. Chris Hartley did His BEST to Reassure Me and to Explain the Process. We went to court a handful of times, he did what he does, and NO JAIL FOR ME!! The price was fair. Not Cheap but Not Crazy either, Competitive. Very rude . The conversation of consultation went from , Hi how can I help you what's going on my names Chris Hartley To " that's not my problem call somebody else n hung up " I can't help it his receptionist didn't give him specific details to my first my call was about employment issues He called me back I had no idea who he was it's her fault . The number was online I called it gave the info I needed in it gave me the number to call based on my needs I had no idea who would call me it was. Listed 24 /7 info on listed topics . but still so rude to say things he said n hung up I wont go into much detail about how much more rude he got but highly immature n unprofessional so I'd say find a lawyer with at least a moral compass not a ego

Hired him to represent me for a DUI, I can't figure out what he was doing, nothing I concluded. The receptionist was a real flake, she just gave me excuses why he never called. I want to say he is a very pricey public defender, but that would give public defenders a bad name. The guy is a real poor attorney. I going to get my money back.

Chris is the biggest fraud as a lawyer. I wish I would have learned about him before I hired him. I had to replace him. He never represented me. When I picked up my file, there was a ton of things he kept from me. Unreal! One of things the biggest was: He didn't do single thing. I was once told by his receptionist/ paralegal, that I ccouldn't look in my file. That was before I knew I had the right. The proof is in the pudding, and if you want to know about who he really is, CCAP his name, and there you find he owes a lot of back taxes. The scoundrel has a plethora of tax warrants. Stay far away, very far away.
