Chris did nothing to mount a defense for me in two years. He was recommended and highly regarded as one of the best defense lawyers, he is not. He is a horrible person. Never returned phone calls never kept me up my case. I trusted him to defend me and my trust was smashed when the night before the pre trial converance he abandon me and told me and the opposite of what he had for two years. I thought my case was in best hands but it was in the worst, most uncaring, egotistical hands. I am in a worse spot than I was.

He defended me and was able to get my case dismissed.

Chris represented me on a DUI. I was accused of being really drunk with my two kids in my car at a gas station. Chris was able to get the case dismissed based upon an illegal arrest by an overly aggressive police officer. I thought I was going to jail for a long time. Chris showed the judge that the police violated my rights. Great lawyer!

I was charged with a very serious crime. When I hired Chris I told him that I was not guilty. He reviewed the evidence against me and told me that the case was weak. The prosecutor tried to get me to plead guilty to a lessor charge. Chris told me that I could accept the offer if I wanted to, but he thought that we could still beat the case at trial. I decided to reject the offer and proceed to trial. Chris was fantastic at trial. He whipped the prosecutor and the jury saw that I was innocent. Chris saved my life and reunited me with my family.

Had to replace mr.hartley he did not defend me nor ask my side of how things happened. I was very upset he just seemed to want to get things done as quickly as posible .which i did not like, my plea with mr.Hartly was 8yr's in prison i was very upset from his out come. He didn't seem to have any legal tactic's .

Very bad communication. The night before one of my court dates, I received a Text lettting me know that the hearing was going to be postponed. Not even a phone call. Didn't spend any time with my case other than the initial meeting. Once agreement signed, went into stealth mode. At the sentencing hearing, didn't know facts. Pissed off Judge. Terrible results

Mr. Hartley was available anytime I needed anything. He helped with all aspects of my case and got me the outcome I was hoping for.

He was a super helpful person who answered all the question we had about our case and some questions that pertained to the parole.
