In 2018, After a 12 year relationship- I was going through a separation (not married) and was just not sure how to proceed with anything. All of a sudden I had to make custody plans for our children and decide what was going to happen with the house that was partially mine. I was definitely feeling pressure to wrap up MAJOR life decisions in a very short span of time (4 weeks!) and eventually, a close friend recommended that I call David Iancu- a divorce lawyer that her husband previously worked with. She advised he was very helpful and I agreed it would be beneficial to consult with him just to make sure I wasn't missing any major details in regards to custody of my two children. I had a consult with David and eventually hired him to help draft all the details of my custody agreement because of the time frame. (I wanted to be in agreement with my Ex on all matters of child custody before the sale of our home went through.) I truly appreciated his attention to detail and patience with listening to my requests. 2 years later, I was able to reach out again to consult with him on a new situation and he responded within the hour. I had already known that I would reach out to him if ever needed in the future, and recommend his service to anyone in need. This just renewed that knowledge for me.
