Had called today revolving around a motorcycle accident that had just happened. I was directed to Carol for a phone call at ZERO cost to me but my time. My first question i asked as she took my info was, "If I was being charged for this phone call." Carol laughed and said, "Of course not!" Carol helped me in the process of moving forward and in which action I should take for my best personal outcome. As she was very accommodating for ME as I am 20 years old and was not sure what the best option would be as I proceed! Highly Recommend, customer service at its finest!

Then, researched applicable cases and decisions that supported
our filing a claim. He consulted as to what expected results could be expected. Finally, he prepared proper filing for our claim.

Mine was not an extremely large claim yet I felt Scott gave my claim the same attention he would give much larger claims and Scott demonstrated he was working in my interest.
