Horrible to work with. Missed a phone appointment and never even called or apologized when I spoke with them. Jonathan even told me that we wouldn't be a "good fit". We had a legal issue and called a law firm. Not sure what he meant. Communication sucked and the runaround was ridiculous. Go anywhere else!

Attorney Hannah Smet has been such a help to me and my family. She has helped us feel at ease through a tough child custody situation and is always quick to respond when I reach out to her. I worked with Attorney Smet on my son's school placement and had a great experience. I felt like she really listened to my concerns. I always walked away from our communications feeling positive. She was straight forward and honest and that is priceless compared to my previous experiences with attorneys. She worked hard to get up to speed on my case and was well prepared the day of our hearing. I would highly recommend her.

Michelle seems to actually care about my case. Our gameplans line up she explained everything in non attorney language that I can understand. The billing may seem high but after working with other attorneys I can say I like the upfront no bs billing. And really its not that high, with most attorneys you would pay a $1,000 retainer and get surprise bills throughout. Most of the time you have no idea what to expect to pay, but with the upfront billing its all out there and there is no surprises.

I am very happy choosing sterling for my divorce. Michelle Gordon was my lawyer. Michelle answered all of my questions as they arose and there is a lot of questions that come up. Michelle treated me with total respect. A divorce is a very difficult time in life Michelle helped every step of the divorce and explained so I could understand always keeping my best interest in mind.
