Dan is very knowledgable in his field. He is prompt and will answer any questions you have. I would strongly recommend him.

This is my second time hiring Dan for a family matter, and honestly I would not hire anybody else. Dan tells it like it is, and he has compassion and empathy for your situation. I appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions and help me through the process. If you are looking for a good attorney to deal with tough life situations, this is your guy. *I am DeLIGHTed to write this review* Att. Heckle was a referral from a mutual friend. My first impression was definitely that there was something unique about her. My litigations began abruptly and were regarding one of my children. These circumstances challenged me in new ways. Upon the full understanding of what was ahead of me, I was left feeling a state of shock, I felt somewhat paralyzed. My first impression of Kelly was that she definitely had spunk. As the case evolved and I became weary she seemed to fight harder. I found myself feeling hopeful. She genuinely cares. The Honorable Judge will provide his final ruling in a couple weeks. Either way, the judge decides, I am confident that my counsel fought for me, gave it their all, and believed in me. By Kelly sharing her strengths, gifts, and passions she provided me peace of mind during a time of grief when I felt like I had nothing else in me. She gave me hope. Daniel did a thorough job as a GAL for my custody/placement case. He seemed to lose sleep over my case as I received a midnight email. He’s diplomatic and patient. I appreciated his diligence in contacting my witnesses and presenting information in a very articulated and comprehensive manner. I couldn’t have imagined a better GAL. He makes you feel very comfortable through an extremely uncomfortable and stressful process. He’s good at drawing conclusions and seeing through deception and asks the right questions. His recommendation to the judge was better than I anticipated. My placement time with my kids will be a favorable and pleasant experience for all of us and I’m very thankful to Dan for getting me the time I needed with my amazing and precious kiddos. I had initial apprehension about a GAL being a stumbling block and not being able to see things clearly since I’ve heard others say that GALs aren’t appropriate or helpful. I really struggled with the idea that a stranger was well-equipped to determine the best interest of my children. The recommendation was very beneficial in my dispute.
